Touch Football Injuries

Touch football is a growing sport for girls, boys, men and women. School, social and elite level touch competitions are undertaken daily.

Touch injuries are less impact related due to the essentially non-contact basis of the sport. However, due to the high speed, change of direction, running, sprinting and diving components, touch does have it's share of injuries. Please click below the specific injuries we commonly see in touch football players.
