Touch Football Injuries

Touch football is a growing sport for girls, boys, men and women. School, social and elite level touch competitions are undertaken daily.
Touch injuries are less impact related due to the essentially non-contact basis of the sport. However, due to the high speed, change of direction, running, sprinting and diving components, touch does have it's share of injuries.
